Craft: Color and Sticker Project

by That's IT Mommy on June 16, 2010

Here is a fun idea for an activity you can do with your child.  I got my inspiration from my daughter’s sticker collection.  Rather than just randomly placing them on colored paper or decorating boxes with them, I thought it would be fun to place them on a more appropriate background.  The first one we did was a prehistoric forest where Kieran could put her dinosaurs (she’s very into them right now!). We also drew a lagoon for her dolphin stickers and, finally, a garden was our last masterpiece.  I made the main picture and Kieran added her own touches to each of them (as in sideways palm trees by the lagoon).  Then Kieran had free reign with the stickers.  We had a great time creating together.  We hope you do, too!
